Complete Division 15 Mechanical (generally excluding Fire Protection) is available to our customers. MCC self-performs plumbing, HVAC piping and equipment installations along with start up, warranty and commissioning. MCC also works closely in conjunction with third-party commissioning agents. Metal Construction Company self-performs sheet metal fabrication and installations and, when advantageous to the project, partners with a qualified subcontracting partner. In some cases, MCC will subcontract the ductwork portion of work to a qualified sheet metal subcontractor.

We may supplement our in-house expertise by utilizing qualified subcontractors who install insulation, temperature controls/EMS systems and Test & Balance, depending on size and complexity of project and capabilities of the subcontracting community.

Metal Construction Company will also, on some occasions, perform as the prime mechanical on upfit projects or projects with primarily sheet metal requirements.
