Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Internal Controls

We are fortunate to have an expanded base of experienced employees with over 30 years service sharing this commitment. Our processes are continuously monitored by key personnel throughout our organization. This helps ensure consistency and that key processes -- such as submittal, shop drawings, fabrication, etc. -- produce quality results in coordination with other trades.
Additionally, in the role of design/build contractor, it is not uncommon for us to identify problem areas or coordination problems, then rectify them or offer suggestions to the owner, including cost-saving ideas. A satisfied customer -- owner, architect, engineer and/or general contractor -- is our ultimate goal and leads to our repeat business as indicated on our project listings and references under Experience. We encourage you to verify the quality and integrity of our organization.
Our Corporate Internal Controls group, whose vision is to add value to the MCC product, operates as a high-performance group facilitating communication between clients, the design team, MCC executive management, and various MCC operating groups (as needed). Insightful feedback is provided throughout, enhancing productivity and optimizing the economic aspects of our installation. This helps keep projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining the MCC brand (a standard we refer to as "The MCC Way").
