MCC reserves the right to test employees for illegal drug use or abuse at any time as a condition of employment or continued employment, including, but not necessarily limited to, the use of urine tests, breathalyzer tests, hair analysis tests or other examinations to determine whether any alcohol, illegal drugs or other dangerous or controlled substances prohibited by this policy are being used. This will ensure the employee's fitness for duty.
